Martlets Sweep Match

The girls hosted both Pomfret and Berkshire today and came away with two wins to run their record to 7-0. The opener saw the Martlets sweeping the Griffins, dropping only one game overall. The second match was much closer, with the depth of the Martlets’ squad proving to be the key difference. Co-captain Chase Hager ‘26 (#5), Natasha Johnson ‘27 (#^6), and Anna Min ‘27 (#7) all won in three. Each of the top four places on the ladder went to at least four games, with each team taking two matches. The remaining two wins for the Black & Gold came from Sophia Lazor ‘27 at #1 and Marti Jaramillo ‘27 at #3, both of whom came back after dropping their first games.
